Who can take part

  • You have AML or MDS with 5% or more blasts in your bone marrow.
  • Your disease has come back or hasn't improved after at least one prior treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have recovered from side effects of past treatments (except low blood counts or mild nerve problems).
  • Your liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or other health issues that would make the trial unsafe.
