Who can take part
- Your age must be 1 to 39 years
- You have one of these diagnoses: AML (most types), myeloid sarcoma, ambiguous-lineage acute leukemia, T-ALL, ETP-ALL, or KMT2A-rearranged ALL
- You cannot have acute promyelocytic leukemia (APML) or leukemia related to Down syndrome (ML-DS)
- Your leukemia must be relapsed/refractory, or therapy-related, based on the exact type
- You must have enough kidney, liver, heart, and brain/spinal fluid function for study treatment
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must be well enough for frequent safety monitoring
