Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 70
  • You have rheumatoid arthritis for more than 6 months
  • You tried common RA medicines but they did not work or you could not tolerate them
  • You are currently on stable RA medicine (one of the listed options) for at least 3 months, with no dose changes for at least 6 weeks
  • Your RA is active: you have enough joint swelling/pain, and your blood inflammation marker (CRP) is above normal
  • You have RA blood tests positive for rheumatoid factor and/or anti-CCP, and you are otherwise clinically stable
