Who can take part

  • You must be between 3 and 25 years old.
  • You must have a brain tumor that has come back or gotten worse after previous treatment.
  • You should be able to walk and care for yourself most of the day (Lansky or Karnofsky score of 60 or higher).
  • You must have had at least one prior treatment for your tumor.
  • You must wait at least 4 weeks after radiation, immunotherapy, or antibody therapy before starting this trial.
  • You must have stable blood counts and organ function as checked by blood tests.

Gene therapy, checkpoint inhibitor, and radiation for children with brain cancer
