Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with spondyloarthritis using the required classification criteria
- You are about to start anti-TNF treatment (a type of biologic medicine that blocks tumor necrosis factor)
- You feel you can understand and follow the study instructions
- You do not have a history of alcohol abuse
- You do not have a history of diverticulitis (inflamed/infected pouches in the bowel)
- You have a history of taking medicines as prescribed, and can commit to doing so for the study
