Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with spondyloarthritis (or axial psoriatic arthritis)
  • You have never taken biologic treatment (biotherapy) before
  • Your doctor recommends starting anti-TNF or anti–IL-17 treatment
  • In the last month, you have not used antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics
  • You can give written consent and you are covered by the national social security system
