  • You are age 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with either spondyloarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis (or you are a healthy control)
  • You can understand the study and sign an informed consent form
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last month
  • You have not had a digestive colonoscopy in the last 6 months
