Who can take part
- You had an allogeneic stem cell transplant and are now 30–180 days past it
- You have a drop in donor chimerism after day 30 OR your day 30/day 100 myeloid chimerism is under 98%
- Your bone marrow looks like it is NOT actively relapsing at those time points (less than 5% blasts)
- Your blood counts are adequate: ANC over 1000 and platelets over 50,000
- Your organs can handle treatment: kidney function (creatinine clearance over 60) and liver tests (bilirubin under 1.5; liver enzymes under 2.5× normal)
- You cannot have certain infections or illnesses: no uncontrolled infection, no hepatitis B/C or HIV, and no cirrhosis
- You need to be able to do treatment basics: age 18–75, enough strength to function (Karnofsky at least 70%), and sign consent
- You must be off chemo, radiation, or other study drugs for at least 2 weeks before starting
- If you’re a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study
