  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You had a half-matched stem cell transplant for AML.
  • Your cancer was high-risk before transplant (e.g., not in remission or poor genetics).
  • Your blood counts are stable (neutrophils above 1 and platelets above 50).
  • You do not have active graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) that is grade II or higher.
  • You are able to donate or have donor lymphocytes available.
