Who can take part

  • Your baby has spina bifida (myelomeningocele) with brain tissue moving (hindbrain herniation), confirmed by ultrasound and MRI
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are between 19 weeks and 27 weeks, 6 days pregnant when you join
  • Genetic testing shows a balanced karyotype (a specific chromosome result confirmed in writing)
