Who can take part

  • You must be diagnosed with Parkinson disease, multiple system atrophy, or progressive supranuclear palsy, or be a healthy control matched by age and sex
  • Your diagnosis must be less than 5 years ago (for Parkinson disease, MSA, and PSP)
  • You need to be willing and able to attend imaging and clinic visits for about 2 years
  • You must be able to communicate in English and understand the study steps
  • You must have no medical safety issues that prevent the imaging tests
  • You must be able to keep scheduled research appointments (no plans that would make you miss visits)
