  • You have advanced cancer that shows low or no MHC-I (a surface marker on cancer cells; low means it may be harder for the immune system to recognize).
  • You are expected to live more than 12 weeks.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are healthy enough for treatment (labs/scans must be adequate).
  • Your own immune cells are available (the trial needs your T cells for the treatment).
  • You (or your guardian) can understand the study and sign an informed consent, and you receive a copy.
