Carfilzomib chemo to help you collect stem cells for transplant

Who can take part

  • You must be an adult (18+) with confirmed multiple myeloma and measurable disease
  • You must have measurable lab signs of myeloma (or be MRD-positive) and have had carfilzomib before
  • You must finish initial myeloma treatment (“induction therapy”) and not reach complete response (less than CR)
  • You must be healthy enough for treatment: good blood counts, heart strength test showing ejection fraction 40% or higher, and ECOG score under 2
  • You must not have had a stem cell transplant or stem cell mobilization before
