Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and receive care in the neuromuscular clinic in Lyon
- Your diagnosis fits IgM monoclonal gammopathy with anti-MAG antibodies plus peripheral neuropathy
- You can give informed consent (you agree to join after understanding the study)
- You do not have other major conditions that can also affect nerves, like diabetes or kidney problems
- You are not being actively treated for a different cancer, and you do not have a poor-prognosis cancer
- You are not pregnant and you are able to avoid medications that can affect nerve function
