ASTX727 for IDH-mutant low-grade brain tumors

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Your brain tumor has been proven (by biopsy or sample) to have an IDH1 and/or IDH2 mutation.
  • Your most recent brain MRI shows non-enhancing tumor growth or return that matches low-grade glioma criteria.
  • You must be at least 12 weeks past any radiation, and you can have a new MRI within 28 days of starting.
  • Your body tests must be safe enough for treatment (blood counts, liver, and kidney function).
  • Your steroid medicine (to reduce brain swelling) must be stable or decreasing for 7 days before starting.
