Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your brain tumor has been proven (by biopsy or sample) to have an IDH1 and/or IDH2 mutation.
- Your most recent brain MRI shows non-enhancing tumor growth or return that matches low-grade glioma criteria.
- You must be at least 12 weeks past any radiation, and you can have a new MRI within 28 days of starting.
- Your body tests must be safe enough for treatment (blood counts, liver, and kidney function).
- Your steroid medicine (to reduce brain swelling) must be stable or decreasing for 7 days before starting.
