Who can take part

  • You have B-ALL that has come back or did not respond to treatment
  • You are between 13 and 65 years old
  • Your spinal fluid test is clear or only mildly affected (no CNS-3, and CNS-2 has limited white blood cells)
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart function are strong enough for treatment
  • You can do daily activities at a limited level (ECOG 0–2) and you have an expected survival of more than 3 months
  • If you had a bone-marrow transplant from another person, it must be more than Day 100 ago and you must not have active graft-versus-host disease or require anti-GVHD drugs
