Who can take part
- You have pulmonary arterial hypertension or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension
- Your diagnosis was made either after March 1, 2018 or before March 1, 2018
- You are older than 3 months at the time you join
- Your test results show mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) of at least 25 mm Hg
- Your heart pressure measurements (PAWP or PVEDP) are 15 mm Hg or lower
- Your pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) is 3 Wood units or higher
