Update a CTEPH patient database in China
Part of Heart & circulation, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This study helps doctors update and improve how they understand chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in patients in China. It likely involves sharing your medical information (not a new drug) and confirming your diagnosis details to support future research.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with CTEPH
- You are willing to sign the informed consent form
- Your heart catheter test showed CTEPH-type findings: mPAP is at least 20, PVR is at least 3, and PAWP is 15 or less
- Your scans show organized clot-like changes in the lung arteries after at least 3 months of effective blood-thinner therapy
- CTEPH must be the main reason for your high blood pressure in the lungs (not another main cause)

This trial tests whether a procedure called balloon pulmonary angioplasty is safe and effective for people with chronic thromboembolic disease in the lungs, especially when surgery isn’t an option. If you have CTEPH, it may help improve lung blood flow and symptoms.
This trial is for people with a type of long-term blood clot in the lungs (CTEPH) who have been taking riociguat for at least 12 weeks. It will see what happens when the medication is stopped, focusing on how the right side of the heart is doing.
This study builds a registry to learn about people with chronic blood-clot lung disease (CTEPD/CTEPH) and what symptoms and test results look like over time. It may help clinicians better understand the condition and improve future care, since your participation supports data collection rather than a new drug.
This study is a registry that collects information about people with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). It helps doctors learn more about how this condition affects patients over time and how it is treated.
This study builds a database of people with pulmonary arterial hypertension or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension. It may help doctors better understand these conditions in the Polish population and improve future care decisions.
This study looks at patterns from specialized lung scan tests to help diagnose chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (a long-term problem with blood flow in the lungs after blood clots). If your results suggest this condition and you need a procedure to check heart pressure, you may be asked to join so the researchers can improve diagnosis.
