Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of anaplastic thyroid cancer from a tissue or fluid sample.
- Your tumor must test positive for a BRAF mutation called V600E or V600K.
- You are well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status under 2).
- Your blood counts and organ tests meet specific minimums (neutrophils, hemoglobin, platelets, liver enzymes, kidney function).
- If you can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use very reliable birth control during the study and for months after.
