  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old
  • You’ve been on hemodialysis for at least 4 weeks
  • Recent blood tests show TSH is higher than 3 but below 10, on two checks
  • Your free thyroxine (FT4) blood test is in the normal range
  • You can sign written consent
