  • Be age 17 or older
  • Have a clinical diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) by 2017 criteria
  • Have an existing susceptibility-weighted brain MRI scan available
  • Be able and willing to give blood samples
  • Be able to understand the study and agree by signing informed consent
  • Be able to follow the study schedule and instructions (no issues that would make follow-up difficult)
