Who can take part

  • You are older than 6 months
  • Your AML cells show CLL-1, CD123, and/or CD33 on testing (flow cytometry or tissue staining)
  • Your overall strength is good (Karnofsky score above 80) and you likely have more than 3 months to live
  • Your heart, oxygen level, kidneys, and liver blood tests are within required ranges
  • Your blood counts are sufficient (hemoglobin at least 80 g/L)
  • You can give written consent (or the legal guardian can, if needed) and the team thinks you can follow the study plan
