CD123-positive AML trial using IL3 CAR-T cells

Who can take part

  • You have AML confirmed to be CD123-positive (found on lab testing of your leukemia cells).
  • Your AML is relapsed or refractory (it did not respond, came back, or did not stay in remission).
  • Bone marrow shows enough leukemia cells: either >5% on microscope exam and/or >0.01% on flow cytometry.
  • Your organ function is strong enough for treatment (bilirubin, liver enzymes, and kidney blood tests are within limits).
  • Heart and breathing requirements are met (left heart pumping strength is at least 50%, and oxygen levels in room air are at least 92%; no serious lung infection).
  • You have no key “not eligible” problems (no brain bleeding/serious brain issues, no major heart rhythm problems, not pregnant/breastfeeding, no significant infections like hepatitis B/C or HIV, and you have not had CAR-T or other gene-modified T-cell therapies before).
