Who can take part
- You need a blood cancer diagnosis and are planning a stem cell transplant
- Your donor match can be sibling, fully matched unrelated, mismatched, or half-matched (haploidentical)
- Your general health level is fairly good (Zubrod 0–2 or Karnofsky 60+)
- Your kidneys, liver, heart, and lung tests must meet study limits (including acceptable kidney filtering and breathing capacity)
- If you can become pregnant (or have a partner who can), you must use effective birth control during the study and for months after the last dose
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing, and certain infections (like active hepatitis B/C or known HIV) are not allowed
