Who can take part

  • You must have a blood cancer that is an accepted type for this study (like AML, ALL, certain lymphomas, MDS, or related diseases) and be in a qualifying remission or disease status.
  • You must be at least 18 and have a plan for an allogeneic (from another person) stem cell transplant using a suitable donor.
  • Your health and organ function must meet minimum limits, including heart pumping ability, lung breathing tests, kidney function, and liver lab results.
  • You must have a donor match option such as a 10/10 matched donor or a “half-matched” (haploidentical) donor.
  • If you can become pregnant (or father a child), you must use highly effective birth control starting before treatment and continue for at least one year after transplant.
  • You must be able and willing to sign informed consent.
