Who can take part
- You have AML, MDS (including JMML), or MDS/MPN/MPN (like chronic myelomonocytic leukemia or myelofibrosis) that is still present or has come back after a transplant.
- Your cancer must still be detectable within about 4 weeks before the NK cell infusion, and you must be past the worst immune-suppression medicines for transplant by enough time.
- You must be at least 12 years old and well enough to participate (about “moderate” activity level or better).
- You need a donor available who can provide the NK cells (the original transplant donor used for you must be willing and eligible).
- Your immune system recovery must fit the study’s blood/marrow targets, including donor T-cell chimerism and limited bone marrow involvement.
- You must meet heart, liver, kidney, and oxygen limits, and you must not be pregnant (birth control required).
