Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with newly diagnosed or secondary AML
  • Your leukemia must be in remission (morphologic CR) but with minimal residual disease (MRD-positive) after chemo
  • You need a family donor whose natural killer cells are a mismatch with yours (haploidentical donor)
  • You must be healthy enough for a stem cell transplant (ASCT)
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver must work well enough
