Who can take part
- You must be an adult (18 or older) with cancer that started outside the brain and has at least one brain metastasis seen on imaging.
- You previously had stereotactic radiation to the same brain spot, and it grew at least 4 months later.
- A brain surgery (resection) is planned as part of usual care for that growing spot.
- You must be able and willing to do the study procedures and sign a consent form.
- You must be able to safely have MRI contrast medicine for the scan (or meet pregnancy/breastfeeding rules).
- You must not have MRI-safety problems (like certain implanted metal) or very severe kidney problems.
