Who can take part
- You have a recurrent or metastatic (spread) solid tumor confirmed by tissue or cell testing.
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on a CT scan (or enlarged lymph node) that fits the trial’s size rules.
- Your cancer has grown despite, or did not respond to, or you could not tolerate prior standard treatments (or it progressed after recent chemo around surgery).
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have no brain metastases that are not controlled, and any prior side effects from past cancer treatment must be mostly back to normal.
- Your blood counts, liver/kidney function, and heart/stomach/thrombosis risks must meet safety limits, and you must be able to swallow and take pills.
