  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Have a BMI between 30 and 39.9
  • Be scheduled for planned (elective) surgery on your lower legs or feet using epidural anesthesia
  • You should not be pregnant
  • You must not have a medical reason that makes epidural anesthesia unsafe for you
