Who can take part
- You are 20–75 years old when your brain tumor is surgically removed.
- Your glioblastoma is new (just diagnosed), grade 4, and only one tumor site.
- You must be able to have surgery where no “brain implants” (like drug wafers) are placed, and you agree to preserve tumor tissue to make ADCV01.
- You must be well enough for treatment: stable vital signs, KPS score 70 or higher, and expected life expectancy over 12 weeks.
- Your blood, kidney, and liver tests must fall within set safety limits.
