Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have metastatic or incurable locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer
- Your tumor is “triple-negative” by specific blood/tissue tests (ER under 10%, HER2 not amplified)
- A metastatic spot can be reached to take a biopsy (tissue sample)
- You’ve had no more than 3 chemotherapy treatments for metastatic disease, and the cancer has progressed
- You are in generally good physical condition (WHO performance status 0–1) and have measurable or evaluable disease
- Your prior treatments and health allow the study drugs: no prior immune checkpoint inhibitors, no recent cancer therapy (within 2 weeks), and no serious uncontrolled infection or major heart symptoms
