Who can take part
- You are 18 to 60 years old
- You have never had AML treatment before (except up to 7 days of hydroxyurea, or any radiotherapy)
- Your AML is newly diagnosed and fits “de novo” AML, not acute promyelocytic leukemia
- Your AML is favorable-intermediate risk, but you must NOT have FLT3-ITD or FLT3-TKD changes
- Your heart function is good: ejection fraction is 50% or higher
- You must have enough kidney and liver function, and no uncontrolled infection or serious nerve/psychiatric illness
