Talazoparib plus chest radiation after extensive small-cell lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You have confirmed small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) diagnosed by a pathologist at the study site
  • Your SCLC is “extensive stage,” and you finished 4–6 cycles of standard chemotherapy
  • Your cancer did not get worse after chemotherapy (it was stable or better)
  • You are generally well enough for treatment (ECOG 0 to 2, or KPS at least 50)
  • Your blood counts and organs (like liver/kidney) are strong enough for study drugs
  • You can take the study medicine by mouth and do not have bowel problems that would block absorption
