Who can take part

  • Ages 1 to 26 years
  • You have DIPG/DMG at some point after standard treatment, or another brain/spinal cord cancer that has come back or won’t respond and has no standard option
  • You can have cells collected (apheresis) or a previously made product is already available
  • A CNS “reservoir” catheter (like an Ommaya or Rickham) is in place for delivery
  • You’re expected to live at least 8 weeks and your strength/activity score is high enough (Lansky/Karnofsky ≥ 60)
