Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, or myelodysplastic syndrome with certain high-risk features (like not responding to treatment or having specific genetic changes).
  • You need a donor whose tissue type is either fully matched or partly mismatched.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver must be working well enough for this intense treatment.
  • You cannot have received radiation to more than 20% of your bone marrow in the past.
