  • You have a clinician diagnosis of a potentially life-threatening neurologic illness
  • You were admitted to a Neuro ICU within 14 days of your initial injury
  • You do not have pre-existing neurologic problems caused by a developmental condition
  • You do not have a history of a severe stroke
  • You do not have a history of severe dementia
  • You do not have a history of a severe head injury
