Who can take part

  • You have diffuse midline glioma (DMG) with an H3K27M (or H3K27I) mutation confirmed by a CLIA lab test
  • Your age is between 2 and 60 years
  • You finished radiation and prior chemotherapy/immunotherapy early enough (there are specific waiting periods between treatments)
  • Your body systems are healthy enough (blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and heart/lung oxygen levels meet study cutoffs)
  • You can meet the study visit schedule and, if needed, consent with a parent/guardian (or assent if a child)
  • You can use birth control if you could become pregnant or make someone pregnant, starting now and for months after treatment
