Who can take part
- You must be age 2 to 16 years
- Your tumor must be confirmed as H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma (DMG) by tissue testing
- The tumor must be seen on scans only in the brainstem or spinal cord (certain other brain areas are not allowed)
- You must be at least 6 weeks past radiation therapy, and meet timing rules for any recent early drug trials
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney tests must be strong enough for treatment (specific lab thresholds apply)
- You must not be on higher-dose steroid medicine at the time the CAR T cells are given
