  • Your blood or urine tests show abnormal M protein or abnormal free light chains
  • A specialist says you are a good candidate for an autologous stem cell transplant
  • Your daily function is fairly good (ECOG 0–2)
  • You can (or your legal representative can) sign consent to join the study
