This trial tests a combination of four drugs (belantamab mafodotin, cyclophosphamide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) for people newly diagnosed with AL amyloidosis who cannot have a stem cell transplant. Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been newly diagnosed with AL amyloidosis (a disease where abnormal proteins build up in your organs).
  • You have a measurable level of abnormal proteins in your blood or urine.
  • You are not a candidate for a stem cell transplant as your first treatment.
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough, and you have no severe heart conditions.
  • You have not had any previous treatment for AL amyloidosis or multiple myeloma, except for a small amount of steroids.
