Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation that you’re taking osimertinib for first treatment
  • After about 3 months on osimertinib, scans showed at least stable disease (no clear overall worsening)
  • Your cancer has progressed in 1 to 3 specific spots that the study team believes can be treated with the planned radiation; other spots must not be progressing
  • Your overall health is strong enough for treatment (Karnofsky 60% or ECOG 0–2) and you’re expected to live at least 6 months
  • You can have the planned treatment safely based on organ function tests, and you can sign consent
