Who can take part
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to a small number of spots (up to 5) in no more than 3 organs.
- You are eligible to receive standard immunotherapy as your first treatment.
- Your tumors that have spread can be treated with local radiation or surgery, and each is 5 cm or smaller on a CT scan.
- You are in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You are 18 years or older.
