Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of MDS, CMML, or a related MDS/MPN, or newly diagnosed AML (depending on the study part).
  • Your kidney, liver, and other organ test results must be adequate for study treatment.
  • Your health and daily functioning score (ECOG) must be in an allowed range (generally 0–1, or 0–2/0–3 depending on age).
  • If you’re in the combination (AML) part, you must not be eligible for intensive induction chemotherapy (often due to age or other serious health problems).
  • You must be able to swallow the study pills and follow fasting rules required during the first cycles.
  • You must not have certain infections, known hepatitis B/C or HIV, or other active serious medical problems that make treatment unsafe.
