Who can take part
- Your cancer must have confirmed high tumor mutation level (TMB), or be MSI-high, or you must have confirmed CMMRD, using an approved test on tumor tissue.
- You must be willing to have fresh tumor tissue taken (a new biopsy) and provide blood samples for study testing.
- You must be able to do the required blood/organ function tests (for adults and children) and have stable thyroid levels.
- You must not have certain cancer types (such as bladder/urothelial, lung non-small cell, extensive-stage small cell lung, liver cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer).
- You must be able and willing to follow the contraception rules during treatment and for 5 months after the last dose (if pregnancy is possible).
