Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 3 and 12 years old when you sign consent
  • Your child must have an autism diagnosis confirmed by autism testing (like ADI-R, ADOS-2, BOSA, or CARS-2)
  • Your child must have at least moderate repetitive/rigid behaviors on a autism behavior checklist (score 11 or higher)
  • Your child must still be in early puberty (Tanner stage 1)
  • A study doctor must say your child is medically stable and passes MRI safety checks (no metal/unsafe implants)
