Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and be able to sign consent before any study procedures.
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of one of these cancers: triple-negative breast, colon/rectal, liver (hepatocellular carcinoma), osteosarcoma, epithelial ovarian, melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, or stomach cancer.
- Your cancer must have come back or not responded to standard treatments (or you couldn’t tolerate them).
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI with IV contrast, and be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
- Be able to give fresh tumor tissue (not previously irradiated), or archival tissue if a new biopsy is unsafe.
- Have adequate blood counts and organ function on screening, and have not had certain cancer treatments/immunotherapies, radiation, or investigational drugs recently.
