Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have a type of advanced solid tumor that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been treated with radiation recently, unless that lesion has grown after radiation.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain levels.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner can get pregnant.
