How naps may improve motor learning after stroke or in healthy adults

Who can take part

  • Choose one group: healthy adults (18–35) or (50–80), or stroke survivors (18+).
  • English-speaking and able to follow study instructions and consent.
  • Healthy group: right-hand dominant (strong right use) and normal neurologic exam.
  • Stroke group: had a stroke at least 6 months ago that affected an arm/upper limb.
  • No pregnancy and you must be able to safely do MRI/MEG scanning (no contraindications).
