This early-phase study tests a lab-made immune therapy (CD123 CAR T cells) for children and young adults up to age 21 whose cancer has come back or didn’t respond to treatment. The goal is to see if these CAR T cells can find and attack cancer cells that carry a marker called CD123.

Who can take part
- You are age 21 or younger.
- Your cancer has come back or did not respond, and it must be CD123-positive (and for some types, CD19 negative/dim or you can’t get CD19-targeted treatments).
- There must be measurable cancer left, including at least “minimal residual disease” (MRD), meaning it can be detected by special tests.
- You can start treatment soon and are expected to live more than 8 weeks.
- Your heart, kidneys, lungs, liver blood tests, and overall strength/performance score must be strong enough (generally performance score 50+).
- If you previously had a bone marrow transplant, you must have recovered, have no active transplant-related graft-versus-host disease, and no donor lymphocyte infusion in the last 28 days; you also must have an identified matching donor.
