Who can take part

  • You are age 21 or younger.
  • Your cancer has come back or did not respond, and it must be CD123-positive (and for some types, CD19 negative/dim or you can’t get CD19-targeted treatments).
  • There must be measurable cancer left, including at least “minimal residual disease” (MRD), meaning it can be detected by special tests.
  • You can start treatment soon and are expected to live more than 8 weeks.
  • Your heart, kidneys, lungs, liver blood tests, and overall strength/performance score must be strong enough (generally performance score 50+).
  • If you previously had a bone marrow transplant, you must have recovered, have no active transplant-related graft-versus-host disease, and no donor lymphocyte infusion in the last 28 days; you also must have an identified matching donor.
